"Show me that I can trust you !" I said.My voice; a bare whisper ,a vivid challenge striding in it.
A grin sprouted across his face as he cocked his head to one side.An amused expression on his face as he paced towards me, one step at a time .His bright cerulean eyes still locked on me ,his grin unwavering .
I gave a sigh as he covered the distance between us, his face a few inches from mine as he rested his hands on my hips and pulled me closer to him.
I thought he was going to kiss me but then in that distinct moment he whirled me around so I landed straight into his arms ,then he inched me down ,slowly and gradually until my head was a few inches away from the ground ,my hair slightly stroking the earth beneath me .I was going to fall ,I thought with a shudder as I clutched his wrists tighter.
A smile weaved its way onto his lips as he lifted me up and rested my head against his broad chest .
"This was my trust .Even if you were at the end of the cliff,I would be there with you ,holding you ,preventing you from falling. I will always be there for you ",he said as he draped my forehead in kisses
"You can trust me Lizzie" he whispered against my ears.
