A LETTER TO MY LATE MOTHER
My mother, I love you so much, so sorry I'm not able to tell you this face to face while hugging you.
It breaks my heart to pen you a letter and not sing my heart to you. We are a world apart, cities don't separate us anymore.
I love you and I would fight the world if possible to see you again. I would spoil you with so much love, I'd share your fears with you, tolerate our little fights over and over again even if that's all we do everyday which is impossible as I would love you like I have never known love before.
I'm sorry I was too weak to fight the demons that held you, that I couldn't fight death for you. I tried, battled with my faith and all my love but I never knew those weren't always enough.
Pens can't write how much you meant to me. Words would never be enough!
Yours sincerely,
Your daughter.
