Blood was being shed,both the sides fought bravely, but the Vyaghras,literally the tigers,seemed to know what they were doing and were more skilled.The tiger warriors suddenly retreated,taking away their dead and injured with them.
Riyaaz and his men were not prepared for anything like this.They found it unbelievable that the vyaghras existed,because they were rumored to be bandits who did not want anything to do with the modern world.They were tall,and muscular,and the area on the side of their eyes glowed golden,even through the black cloth they draped over their face.
They managed to kill nearly half the number of their enemies,but surprisingly didn't hurt Riyaaz even when they had the chance.
Prayag limped his way,owing to his severely bleeding wound on his thigh,to meet his leader and sat down on a boulder."They left a dead man behind,chief."He said."Oh,you idiot,I am not your chief.I remember every stupid thing you did in school,I'll tell everybody here what you were like back then if you don't stop calling me that."said Riyaaz,grinning.Prayag gave a weak smile and nodded.
