I heard a murmuring sound of mama and papa while entering my house. They stopped talking once I reached the doors. 'What are you both talking? There is nothing to hide from me', I said and teetered on my bare foot, pulling the other sandals off.
Mama padded on my shoulder and said 'Nothing my sweet love. Go get freshen up'. I entered my room and laid down on the bed. 'Tomorrow is Saturday, it's time to go parlor for the hair cut', I calculated everything in my mind by checking my hair's length. I heard the door's knock. I opened and it's my mom. She came inside and hold my hand affectionately and started to say about a boy 'We found a boy for you, he looks so nice and he is working in a MNC company. His name is Ak.,'. I interrupted her and said 'I am not interested in marriage. I need to find a love of my own. Please ma'. 'Sh..!!!, Don't be loud, if ur father heard this, he will kill both of us,' she mumbled in a soft pitch. I kissed her with a grin and said 'Soon I will bring you a wonderful groom' and asked her to leave the room. She left with a dissatisfied look.
I wake up early the next day and checking the whatsapp messages, status and the Facebook feeds in the bed by lying on the pillow. 'Mama, I need a strong coffee, ' ordered in a high pitch. She came angrily and said 'You can't get the same liberty in your future house, change yourself, '
I laughed loudly and said 'I will get a groom who cooks for me and not like papa'. There was no sound from her. While scrolling the news feed, I found a name Dhruvan Srinivas in my suggestion list. I smiled and checked his profile. He protected his account. I gave a friend request and texted him 'Hi' from Messenger. I received his text back 'Hi with a smilie' after 2 minutes. I jumped at the place I was sitting and again texted him 'Had your breakfast? ' and he replied 'Yes' after 10 minutes and didn't ask whether I had or not. I closed my eyes and kept my phone aside. 'He don't like to talk with me' I said and frowned my head. But went to a deep thought. 'He is awesome. He is not the kind of boy who flirts'. 'Dhruvan I need you and I love u,' I said from my heart.
