The superheros looked up and seen Thor flying towards them, holding his hammer Mjolnir.

Thor: Thor! Thor strikes with white lightening!

Thor swung his hammer and hit Galactus in the face.

Galactus: Thor! You arrogant god! You think you can hurt me with your divine power? You think you can defy me with your noble spirit? You think you can strike me with your enchanted weapon?

You are a little girly,Thor. And are finished, you are dead, Thor!

Galactus raised his hand and prepared to unleash his cosmic wrath on Thor.

Galactus: Prepare to die, Asgardian!

Suddenly, a loud blast of fire erupted in the air.

A stream of flames hit Galactus in the back, making him stagger forward.

Galactus: Whoah, Now, who dares to burn me?

The heroes looked up and saw The Torch flying towards them, holding his sister Invisible Woman in his arms.

The Torch increased his temperature and shot more fire at Galactus.

Galactus: You foolish mutant! You think you can hurt me with your genetic anomaly? You think you can defy me with your youthful courage? You think you can burn me with your fiery passion? You are mistaken, Torch.

Galactus raised his hand and prepared to unleash his cosmic wrath on The Torch.

Galactus: Prepare to die, Flamehead!

Suddenly, a loud boom of sound echoed in the air.

A sonic boom hit Galactus in the ears, making him clutch his head in pain.

The heroes looked up and saw The Flash running towards them at super speed.

The Flash ran around Galactus at sonic speed, creating shock waves that hurt his hearing.

Galactus: You speedy freak! You think you can hurt me with your fast movement? You think you can defy me with your witty humor? You think you can deafen me with your loud noise?

Ha!

Galactus raised his hand and prepared to destroy Flash.

The Flash: I can do lots of things, Galactus.
I think I can outrun you, outsmart you, and outlast you. I think I can save the world from your hunger.

I think I can make you regret ever coming to this planet.

The Flash continued to race violently around Galactus, dodging his attacks and taunting him.

Galactus: Enough! You are nothing but a gnat to me, Flash. A gnat that I will crush with my cosmic power!

Galactus unleashed a blast of energy from his eyes, aiming at the Flash.

The Flash: Whoa! That was close!

The Flash barely avoided the blast, but it hit the ground behind him, creating a huge crater.

Galactus: You cannot escape me, Flash. You cannot hide from me, Flash. You cannot survive me, Flash!

Galactus fired another blast, this time hitting the Flash in the chest.

The Flash: Aaah!

The Flash flew back from the impact, landing on the ground.

Galactus: Ha ha ha! I got you, Flash. I got you good!

Galactus smiled triumphantly, thinking he had killed the Flash.

But he was wrong.

The Flash: Ugh...that hurt...

The Flash slowly got up, clutching his chest.

The Flash: But not as much as this will hurt you!

The Flash ran towards Galactus again, faster than ever.

Galactus: What? How are you still alive? How are you still moving?

The Flash: Because I'm the fastest man alive, Galactus. And I have a plan.

The Flash reached Galactus and ran up his leg, then his torso, then his arm.

Galactus: Get off me, you pest! Get off me now!

Galactus tried to shake off the Flash, but he was too fast.

The Flash: I am putting a end to you Galactus!

The Flash reached Galactus' head and raced inside of his ear.

Galactus: Aargh! What are you doing? What are you doing to my ear?

The Flash: I'm doing what you said, Galactus. I'm deafening you.

The Flash ran inside Galactus' ear canal, creating a sonic boom that ruptured his eardrum.

Galactus: Aargh! The pain! The pain is unbearable!

Galactus clutched his head and screamed in agony.

The Flash: And that's not all, Galactus. There's more where that came from.

The Flash ran deeper into Galactus' ear, reaching his brain.

Galactus: No! No! Stay away from my brain! Stay away from my mind!

The Flash: Too late, Galactus. Too late for that!

[The Flash ran inside Galactus' brain, disrupting his neural signals and causing him to lose control of his body and power.]

Galactus: No! No! What are you doing to me? What are you doing to me Flash?

The Flash: I'm doing what I have to do, Galactus. I'm saving the world from you.

The Flash ran through Galactus' brain, erasing his memories and personality.

Galactus: No! No! Who am I? Who am I?

The Flash: You are nobody, Galactus. You are nothing.

The Flash ran out of Galactus' ear, leaving him almost a mindless husk.

Galactus collapsed on the ground, defeated and powerless.

He opened his eyes and to his surprise seen the Watcher standing in front of him, holding a device in his hand.

The Watcher: Do you understand now, Galactus? Do you see what you have done? Do you see what you have become?

Galactus: Yes, Watcher. I think I understand. I see. I regret.

The Watcher: Do you want to change, Galactus? Do you want to redeem yourself? Do you want to live?

Galactus: Yes, Watcher. I want to change. I want to redeem myself. I want to live.

The Watcher: Then listen to me, Galactus. Listen carefully. There is a way. A way to end your hunger. There is a way to end your pain.

A way to end your cycle of hate and utter destruction.

Galactus: What way, Watcher? Tell me. Tell me the way.

The Watcher: The way is this.

The Watcher pointed at the device in his hand.

The Watcher: This is the Ultimate Nullifier. It can destroy all things and everything, even you, Galactus. But it can also create all things and destroy everything, even you, Galactus.

Galactus: Create? What do you mean?

The Watcher: I mean you can use this device to recreate yourself, Galactus. To create yourself as a new being, not a being of power and glory.

Or a being of life and death. A being of mad creation and utter destruction.

Galactus: But why would I do that? Why would I recreate myself as the same being I am now?

The Watcher: Because you would not be the same being, Galactus. You would be quite a different being. A much better being.

Galactus: How so?

The Watcher: Because you would have a choice, Galactus. A choice that you never had before. A choice that no one ever gave you before.

Galactus: What choice?

The Watcher: The choice to be good or evil, Galactus. The choice to create or destroy, Galactus. The choice to live or die, Galactus.

Galactus: And what would I choose, Watcher?

The Watcher: That is up to you, Galactus. Only you can decide that.

Galactus: And what if I choose wrong, Watcher? What if I choose evil? What if I choose destruction? What if I choose death?

The Watcher: Then you will face the direct consequences, Galactus. You will face the ulitimate wrath of the universe. The entire wrath of our heroes, the wrath of me!

Galactus: And what if I choose right, Watcher? What if I choose good, if I choose creation?

What if I choose life?

The Watcher: Then you will receive the rewards, Galactus. You will receive the gratitude of the universe. The respect of the heroes, and you will receive the true friendship of me.

Galactus: Friendship?
You would be my friend, Watcher?

The Watcher: Yes, Galactus. I would be your friend.

Galactus: Why would you be my friend Watcher? "It's because I care for you Galactus,
I pity and I understand you, replied The Watcher."

Galactus: You do? The Watcher: Yes, Galactus. I do. The Watcher smiled and handed him the device. Watcher: Here, Galactus. Take this device. Use it to recreate yourself. Use it to make your choice.

Galactus: Thank you, Watcher.

Galactus took the device and looked at it.

Galactus: Thank you for giving me this chance.

The Watcher: You're welcome, Galactus looked at the heroes who were watching him with curiosity and hope. Galactus: Thank you for fighting me.

Spider-Man: You're welcome, Galactus.

Galactus closed his eyes and pressed the button on the device.

A bright light engulfed him and everything around him. When the light faded away, he was gone. There wasn't anything left but a pile of dust.

The heroes looked at each other in utter astonishment and relief.

Spider-Man: Wow! He did it! He recreated himself!

Superman: Yes! He did it! He made his choice!

Batman: But what choice did he make?

They looked at the Watcher, who was smiling.

The Watcher: He made the right choice, heroes. He made the good choice. He made the life choice.

Spider-Man: How do you know?

The Watcher: I know because I can see him, I can see Galactus in the stars.

Superman: You can?
The Watcher: Yes, I can.

He pointed at the sky, where a new star was shining brightly.

The Watcher: Look, heroes. Look at the new star, it's Galactus. That is his new form and new life.

Spider-Man: Wow! He's a star!

Superman: Yes! He's a star!

They looked at the star with awe and admiration.

Spider-Man: That's amazing!

Batman: That's impressive!

They looked at the Watcher with gratitude and respect.

Spider-Man: Thank you, Watcher. Thank you for saving us and the entire world!
