perfectionism
DEAL WITH THAT MINDSET BEFORE IT ENDS UP DEALING WITH YOU.

Most people hate been bad at a thing ,they always need validation that they are not hopeless at something to keep doing it.we all want to be perfect at what we do we also need accolades from people to motivate us. most time the reverse is always the case
The perfectionist syndrome is a double edge swords that makes you good at a thing but it is also prevent you from completing anything. It means you don't settle for anything but the best, and most time the best is something intangible.perfectionism pull people to achieve unrealistic goal, and if this goals are not realised it can lead to low self-esteem or depression.
A perfectionist doesn't see failure as a rudiment to success "most people have the mentality of always doing things perfectly so if they can't do it perfectly they better don't do it at all forgetting that been a high achiever there are things you ought not to be perfect in except with consistent practices.Mett plummer says" A lot of perfectionistic tendencies are rooted in fear and insecurity.most times when we dont get the sucess we seek immediately, we tend to harbour anger and hate in us and when you hate your self it leads to low self-esteem, anxiety ,depression and maybe suicide
perfectionism is simply and illusion you should strive for excellence not perfection..Beacause "the pursuit of perfection often impedes improvement" according to George will.
