He took the letter and started to read it.

His hands were shaking and he immediately got up. Just then Olia and Perseus came running.

Olia : You woke up!

Calix : Oli! Fern!

He handed her the letter.

Calix : Perseus, for how many days I have been unconscious for?

Perseus : A week, you are lucky that you survived...she feared that she will lose you..She was always by your side. Almost everyday..every night.

Calix : She did?

Perseus : Yeah..she was always there.

Calix : What about Zach?

Perseus : He is in the dungeon...the queen's cousin sister took everything in her hand. Thank goodness she was kind-hearted or otherwise Zoe would beheaded by now. That cousin of her have put Zach in the dungeon only due to his request. It's only one week captivity, will soon end. You know the last time means yesterday when me and Fern met...she told me that when you regain your unconscious, forgive Zoe and settle everything down.

Calix nodded at that statement.

Olia : Cal! I think you should go to place where both of you have met eachother...do you remember that place?

Calix : I do.

Olia : Then go Calix! This might be the last chance to meet her! After this, you might not be able to meet her ever again! Run Calix! run.

He ran as she completed her sentence, he got dressed up and rode his horse to that place.
After a while of searching, he found Fern talking to Nash at a particular place.

Calix : Fern!

Fern : Calix!?

He hugged her tightly and sniffed her scent.

Fern : Calix! you woke up.

Calix : I did, God's grace.

Fern : And beginner's luck.

Calix : You are going back?

Fern : I have to, no choice.

Calix : Can't you stay?

Fern : No..

Calix : Can't hurt.

Fern : Might hurt.

Suddenly a deep hole appeared in the ground.

Fern : It's time.

Calix : Please...

Fern : I am sorry.

Suddenly Nash interrupted.

Nash : Goodbye Calix, will miss you alot.

Calix : Goodbye buddy, miss you too.

He looked at Fern.

Fern : Goodbye Calix..

Calix : Bye..Fern

And she pecked him on the lips before jumping in the portal. After both of them left, he fall down in his knees and cries with the engagement ring he wanted to give Fern. Just then Perseus and Olia came there to see Calix in this state but stopped from comforting him due to some reason. After a few seconds, someone offered him a handkerchief...he took the handkerchief,wiped his tears and when it was the time to return it back, he was shocked because it belonged to none other than Fern! He literally saw her leaving infront of his own n@ked eyes.

Calix : Fern..

Fern : It won't harm to come back again, will it?

Flashback ~

When she jumped into the portal, she got to know that it was like a cave and started to walk through it; suddenly Nash broke the silence.

Nash : Are you happy that we are going back to our family?

Fern : Yeah I am, finally, I will be able to see mum.

Nash : Are you sure when you say you are happy?

Her smile wilted like a flower and she said masking up a fake smile.

Fern : Yeah I am..

Nash : I know you are not happy...your heart belongs to Calix and that place..I don't think you will able to lead a normal life after this incident.

Fern : Nash, I can't go back..

Nash : But Fern..you love him! I know you can't think without having him in your mind. How can you be able to live without his presence! You have to go back! There is still time left Fern.

Fern : But what about mother, father and aunt.

Nash : Sister, you changed everything! Now father won't leave mother, my mum wouldn't be a drunkard, aunt wouldn't be deaf and uncle Zach wouldn't be unemployed and poor because of my mother. You made everything as perfect as you dreamt. Now you won't have to suffer everyday... you have to go back. Calix will not be able to breathe with you. He.needs.you..

Fern : Are you sure? Will you not reconsider?

Nash : No I won't change my words.

Fern : Will you miss me?

Nash : I would miss you alot but he wants you. Go sister, you belong to that place.

Fern : Can you give this to mom?

She took a letter out of the pocket of her corset gown.

Nash : I would love to give to aunt.

Fern : Thank you Nash.

Nash : Love you sister, now go!

She nodded in tears and ran towards the light which led her to the place she desired to live with the person she loved the most.

Flashback end ~

Calix : Oh..Fern!

He smashed his lips on hers and kissed her desperately and passionately not even thinking to breathe. He kissed her with so much passion that it felt like a decade since he kissed her but just then they broke the kiss due to lack of air.

Fern : Oh...Calix! It's been just 2 minutes since I left and you have became so desperate for me.

Calix : I more desperate than you think, I missed you!

Fern : Aww! my baby is crying..

He hugged her and placed his hand on her chest. Olia and Perseus were on cloud nine! they were so happy for them when Calix did something that was the cherry on top.

Calix : Fern Elsher, will you be my wife and vow to spend your life with me; will you be Mrs. Wilson? Will you marry me?

Fern : Yes! I would love to!

He picked her up and spined her around and other hand Olia and Perseus were jumping in excitement when suddenly both of them made eye contact while Olia blushed like hell. All of a sudden it started snowing.

Calix : Mrs. Wilson, will you like to dance?

Fern : I would love to Mr. Wilson!

And they danced till the dawn, happy to eachothers.
