how the world suddenly halts
and how you outshine the stars,
everytime you smile?

how the universe listens
and how the living creatures hush,
everytime you laugh?

So what if I like
how the catterpillars in my stomach tickle
and how my heart somersaults nonstop,
everytime you come walking to me?

So what if I like
how the blood in my lips feast
and how the bones in my arms can't stay put,
everytime you kiss me?

So what if I like
how the lightning violently strikes
and how the thunder furiously booms,
everytime we're cuddling under the sheets?

So what if I like
how the flames ignite in your hands
and how the fire enticingly burns my skin,
everytime you touch me?

So what if I like
how my body descends into dusts
and how my soul resurrects to heaven,
everytime we make love?

So what if I like
how Chloe Frayne teases me about missing you
and how Fray Narte torments me about not having you,
everytime I read prose and poetry?

So what if I like
how my poems only call your name
and how my rhymes don't matter,
everytime I'm drowning from words I long to tell you?

So what if I like
how With A Smile reminds me of our beginning
and how I Like Me Better takes me back when our hearts still meet halfway,
everytime our ending plays like a broken record?

So what if I like
how your face surmounts nicotine
and how our memories take me higher than heroin,
everytime I think of you?

So what if I like
how the cigarette smoke destroys my lungs
and how the alcohol shots damage my liver,
everytime I miss you?

So what if I like
how the grave feels like home
and how the demons speak like family,
everytime I wish for you to come back?

SO WHAT?!
