I brought her a cofffee. No big deal!

Then I grab a pen and wrote this on the cup: "We are really lucky to have you on our team".

I gave her the coffee, she did not notice the message initially.

Few moments later I saw a huge smile on her face. Her smile showcase her gratitude, a sense of satisfaction.

What am trying to say here is; people want to feel their hardwork matters.

It's not always about Hike, Appraisal or Bonuses.

Sometimes all you need is a cup of coffee and a pen to make them feel worthy.

A small gesture can make a big difference...🙂🙂🙂
