I sent my bestfriend a message 3 days ago. She never responded, but I understood. I jokingly mentioned it in my group chat and she said she was just having a hard week, which I understood. But during that week she had played games while calling my other friends and had hour long conversations with others in the group chat. That message I sent her was really important. I was on the verge of suicide and really struggling. That night I failed, but i shoukdnt have attempted. Because like she said, she would have been there for me if I ever needed to talk. That is what it's like to be alone in a group of people struggling. She was meant to be there.
