Self-acceptance
We all come from our childhood, but we are more than that. We all have different parts. Sometimes we bring our memories to grow up with us. We might become stubborn, irritated, and insecure as a child should be.

*So, what can you offer the emotional support for your inner child when he/she becomes frustrated? *
In an adult way, you can:
-Acknowledge and accepting the inner voice
-Comfort the inner child as you would for other children/think about how you wish to be treated as you were a child/the way how you would raise your child in the future.
