As Emily and Ryan were celebrating their 6-month anniversary, Emily received an unexpected phone call from a local business owner.


"Hello, is this Emily?" the woman asked.


"Yes, it is," Emily replied.


"Hi Emily, my name is Mrs. Jenkins. I own the local bakery, Jenkins' Sweet Treats. I've been following your baking journey on social media, and I must say, I'm impressed."


Emily's heart skipped a beat. She had heard of Jenkins' Sweet Treats, and she knew that they were a well-established bakery in the area.


"Thank you, Mrs. Jenkins," Emily said, trying to sound calm.


"I'm calling to offer you a business opportunity," Mrs. Jenkins said. "I'm looking to retire and sell my bakery. I think you'd be the perfect person to take over."
