Chapter 2- Achike the collector ( continuation)



Achike dashed towards his victims with lightening speed and impeccable force, like a lion close to his prey. He threw himself on the cowardly one and reached for the matchette dangling from his waist. The young maiden promptly grabbed it and scampered a little distance away shouting, denying him the life he desperately wanted to take. Achike tightened his fist around the coward's neck.

Oke promptly pulled something from his waist and slapped Achike with it. It was a brownish powder. Achike fell like a log of wood and became very weak. He crawled slowly towards his men.
"Give it to me!"
