A boy named Bryce has been hiding out from his abusive father. One day his father is gone and his dad's new girlfriend walks into the house. He thinks it's the ghost of his dead mother. The ghost shows him that his dad's new girlfriend has been lying to him about how his birth mother died. Upon learning the truth he found out that his mother came home a little late due to the traffic as she was at the hospital.
