BRAIN-DEAD TWIST
This Sunday, I kept thinking about what to write to entertain and inspire you all but nothing was forthcoming. I believe is one of those moments that I’m brain-dead. It’s a bit frightening, especially when you love being proactive and keeping your ink afloat on paper.

THE POWER OF THINKING ACTUALLY WORKS WITH THE MENTAL BALANCE.
I’ve realised that your thoughts are oftentimes a reflection of what you are or your surroundings. It wouldn’t be completely strange to find your thoughts swaying to something in your past or surroundings. It most times serve as a meditation or therapy.
As a writer, I find it, relishing to write my thoughts in small fractions. I actually tried journals/diary, but found out it wasn’t for me. It was arduous at best, also a waste of my time. My attention span couldn’t pick most things (little/big) I did that day. It ended up being frustrating instead of nourishing.

How Do I accomplish writing my thoughts down as fragments when I’m not going through the traditional route?
This is not actually too difficult to accomplish. It’s all about focusing on the important aspects. I don’t know what’s termed important to you, but to get in touch with that, you need to highlight it in a book. Be flexible while at it. The important aspects of our life changes sporadically.
Next is don’t completely focus on the ‘Me’ aspect of your day. I know we love to dwell on our mental health, physical exercise and whatnot, but if you’re to go through the non-conventional route, you have to forgo such mindset and embrace the new mantra.
The new mantra is simply getting in touch with society. How were you able to impact a friend, colleague or family’s lifestyle. Were you a part of the problem or did you solve some part of a problem?
You don’t need to be in the government, be a celebrity or a big deal in the society to do your part. All you need to do is to help with a kind word, thought and be a positive influence to someone. Don’t be the one that people avoid in the room. Be the positive magnet that attracts and not repel.
Also, it’s important to note what life thought you for the day. It helps to see weaknesses and garner strength. Life teaches us one or two things every single day, so search for that.
