Memory
A memory
There is no particular incident that I could look upto and consider as a memory. Even what happened yesterday is in a way a memory itself. Memories makes you feel nostalgic and forces you to revisit the black and white days. Even though we live in the era of coloured and hd pictures, associating events that took place 4-5 years before, to monochromic days has a special vibe.
This particular memory wear about reminiscing about the good old days. I had actually stumbled upon photos dating back to 2008 from the Picasa viewer of my laptop and I had time to revisit those days where we were not worried about the future and the main goal was to live in the present. Those candid photographs, natural and carefree smiles made me fall in love with those days which were unfiltered and fake-ness free. Even though we were bad models (back then and still now) when it came to posing for photographs, but the emotion behind the photograph were so real that you could see glimpses of those photo reels playing in your head. If you ask me if today's photos bring back such emotions then , I am not in a position to answer that.
The answer could be provided only in the future, because we'll have to see if those pictures bring back the same emotions and for that we'll have to wait another 5-6 years and then reminisce about my present days as "those were the days".
