Chapter 14
Seeing Riya on the floor covered in blood, both brothers were stunned so shocked that they were unable to speak or react normally, the people around them informed the nearby hospital and soon after that Riya was taken to that hospital by ambulance.
After 3 hours of surgery, Riya was shifted to the VIP ward on the surgical floor. Aarav stayed back in the hospital whereas Aahan went back home.
Riya was still unconscious. Aarav sat on her bedside observing her, he heard her breath even and saw her face very calm.
Eventually, after a few hours, Aarav slept there itself.
Next morning-
"Rohhhitttttt……!"
Aarav who was sleeping peacefully beside her was wakened up by her sudden shout but the thing which surprised him was the name which she shouted 'ROHIT'.
He saw her breath unevenly,
he rushed towards her to make her calm down.
"Aarav, sa-Sara didn't com-commit Suicide s-she was-"
Riya didn't complete her sentence as she passed out, seeing her unconscious Aarav called for help.
After a few seconds, the medical staff rushed to there ward and examined her.
"Was she a patient of retrograde amnesia?" asked the doctor.
Aarav remembered her saying that she lost her memory of her 1 month past from her accident.
"Yes doctor"
"As per my experience and by seeing her condition I can say that she got back her memory and is now completely cured of amnesia because of this she fainted, nothing to worry." Assured doctor.
After informing Aarav about her health conditions medical staff
went back to there work.
Aarav stood there observing her face.
'why did she shout my name? What was she saying about Sara?'
he asked himself.
He heard her mumbling some words which he never imagined to hear from her and was very shocking for him; he stood their completely stunned seeing her smile.
‘I love you Rohit’ she whispered.
After quite some hours Riya woke up and saw Aarav standing near the window.
"Aarav?"
"you are awake? How are feeling now?"
"good, what were you doing there standing alone?"
"nothing, can I ask you something?" asked Aarav while he gave her glass full of water to drink.
