On 2017, between June & August,

A 22 yrs girl, who is going to finish her graduation, named as Manu..
She is only daughter of Harshini and surya. Both are well educated.
Manu has completed graduation and got placement in one of the good company (Hyderabad), which is operated by Australian, who has married South Indian guy.
1st day of her office went with introduction of all the things and she is not able to meet directors (Australian & her husband) both of them are busy with meetings.
Another day one of director Ashish has came and introduced himself and said all the best, when Manu is in her cabin, she got surprised, as he is director he can call me to his cabin to talk but he came himself to talk and introduce. Manu has faced same situation with Esther (Australian, wife of Ashish), she only came and introduced herself. From that day Manu behaviour got changed, she is only going and talking to the colleagues individually than using intercom phone.
She has became follower of her directors, learning all the things from them.
After 1 month manu came to home for holidays.
Manu's mother noticed some changes in her. Her talking style, thinking, understanding nature everything got improved and changed.
One day Manu and Harshini gone out for shopping, Harshini got a habbit of taking blessings from transgender person whenever she saw them. At that time she will ask manu also to take blessings, manu won't do and she just hate them to see only, but that day Manu also taking blessings without Harshini instructions and offered more money than her mother.
Harshini got surprised and asked her...

Harshini: What manu you won't like this to do ... what happened today, u offered more than me...??

Manu: Mom i have 2 reasons...
one is for your happiness, another is respecting them as human being...
Earlier I have talked badly about them that is the reason I offered more, now I have realised what is what and respecting every person.

Harshini: That's a very good thing manu, but how you got this kind of thinking, I am observing you from the day you came to home ... is anyone's influence ?? (Harshini felt she had a boyfriend)

Manu: Yes mom.. our directors, I just got surprised by their behaviour, simple nature, cool attitude, respect towards a person.
You know mom " they will respect each and every person in the office in same manner, how they give respect to me and my manager, same respect they give to our maids also" they won't show any difference, sometimes I felt they give more respect to maids than us (little laugh on Harshini's face).
They are having so much money, eventhough they treat the people how humble manner, then only I came to know the values of human being.

Harshini: That's a very nice manu, so nice of them...
"Earlier I had worry about your behaviour towards people as you are short tempered, I am happy now"... come we will celebrate today...
Both are gone home and entire family had nice dinner ...
Harshini has shared the changes in manu and reason behind it... surya also felt very happy about his daughter.
