# ​A very pleasant good morning to all my dear friends who are present here and also reading my post with wasting your own precious time. I also know you are also waiting my post simultaneously. This is a golden opportunity to express my thoughts and beliefs regarding our basic needs to fulfill continuously. This speech is giving a short message to us kindly read this speech carefully to understand the message given by this speech. The title of the speech is "How to recover our health by healthy diet "



Dear friends, this speech tells us how to live peacefully without so many diseases and being healthy forever. So, we should first have to do planning how to keep our healthy improve by healthy diet and also follow them. Second make a list of Advisable foods and Avoidable foods by making a coloumn which is taken as from Shiridhanya Millets Protocol prescribed by Dr Khadar Valli ji



First of all Stop drinking milk because it causes it get periods for girls at early age under 1 to 10 years . Second, Stop consuming wheat, rice, paddy, sugarcane sugar and jaggery in the place of a sweetner . Eat millets, Palm jaggery in the place of a sugarcane sugar and jaggery and also stay healthy. Millets are multigrains, which is also rich of varieties of food sources. It also keeps free from several diseases.



Third, Use ghee made by cow milk, oils made by plants seeds and also kohlu cold pressed oil in the place of Refined oil, snacks made by millets, drinks like Pedia Sure, Horlicks, Bourn Vita etc, black and rock salt in the place of Iodised salt, Seasonal fruits and vegetables in the place of Non seasonal and Imported fruits and vegetables, Drink Kashayas in the place of Tea, coffee etc.
