At first we both thought this was love at first sight...we stared at each other with a smile on our face until he finally walked over to say hi. we both introduce our selves. him: "I am john", while he stretch forth his hand...I shook his hand am introduce myself, me: "am pam". him: "nice to meet you pam, I would love to be your friend"... me:( just kept smiling) "ok no problem, we can go on a lunch date some time soon when we are both free". him: "may I have your number so we can continue this conversation as I have to head somewhere now to get things done?" me:" ok ". him: (hands me his phone)" save it with whatever name you choose ". me: (I took the phone and store my name just as I told him.....pam, then handed it back to him) he smiled...a smile so charming.

he got in is car and drove off...I sat on a chair near by with a smile....a smile that says....am in love!!! later that evening when I reach home, have a bath and started having dinner..he called, we both asked how was the rest of our evening and we both shared our evening experience then he asked "what I was doing "and I told him am having my dinner at the moment so he decided to call me back later at 10:00 when he thinks am all settled in bed and we both agreed.
after finishing dinner and cleaning up the kitchen I went and brush my teeth, change off into my night wear, rapped my hair and went into bed. I took the remote and turn on the TV to watch some music videos..as I started to search for my kinda music video the phone started to ring...his number appear(didn't save it as I was busy when he called) I smile and answer the phone then I turn down the volume on the TV, ........we talked for a few minutes. he asked if am single.. I told him "I have just gotten out of a relationship" ...I return the question and he told me, "she is overseas not knowing when she will be here again, if she decides to come back"... he told me they not on good terms as they were always fighting and arguing...long story short.....we became friends , we shared our stories...if he was having any problems are feeling down he would find me wherever I am(as he now knows where to find me) and share what had happen whenever they argue... I brought him home one day and he met my kids. he was now free to come by at any hour whenever he wants to.
one night he showed up at my work place saying he was going into the town and wanted me to accompy him(his friend was in the car too)....I agreed and I close the business place 5 mins to my normal schedule time and got into his car as soon as he drove up.. we drove to the town with one of his friends, he then explain that he wanted fast food tonight instead of home cooked meal.. we went to burger king , I order burger and he went over to kfc and order his meal there along with his friends. driving back to our area he asked if I wanted to go home are spend the night by him.. I agreed to stay by him as it was now late and his place was closer. we got in his room, he offered me a chair are the bed(it was my choice to choose) I sat and started to eat my burger ...he asked for a bite of mine and offered some of his fries. we sat and talk for hours ...it was now time to sleep.. he offered me the bed to sleep and said he would sleep on a piece of sponge on the floor and I told him" no...why does he want to sleep on the floor?" I asked. he replied: "I don't know if you feel comfortable with me sleeping beside you and I want you to be comfortable" .....(wow!!!!...
