Weaker Vessels?
It’s really interesting to listen to people’s opinions about issues of life, controversial ones are even more thrilling, you don’t wanna be hot headed and in the midst of one of those. Okay, we needn’t introduce the subject of this topic, you all got the picture in your mind. Hate to burst your bubbles, but you might just wanna hold on a while before plunging into that pool of conclusion, might just be a pool with enough water to obscure those rocks and broken bottles. Enough with the gruesome imagery. I leave the conclusions to you, I try to draw out the fact, pull up the blind and let the light of knowledge and revelation filter in.
It would be the undoing of any man in a fight or competition to undermine his opponent. I need not draw out examples from the overflowing well of history. Life is a ‘game’, you win or lose, let’s throw away that stuff of no ‘victor, no vanquish’, we know better, we know the truth, there always is a winner, and a loser, and that is not left to opinion. Let’s talk a little about women. Yeah, somehow, they’ve managed to occupy the focal point of many strata. That’s the problem, you don’t agree. Well, we’ll see about that. I’ve been in societies that tend to relegate women to the background, silence their voices and make their efforts to make impacts like a five year old trying to leave footprints on a rock, societies that think they only reason they should be in existence is because they somehow are the industries from which they whos of the society are made, and like many factories they are left unkept, uncared for, not given due attention as long as they are producing just enough products to keep them in market, yeah, that bad. I will any day, any time repudiate such awry tradition. But on the contrary to what you might be your judgement, that’s not where the funnel of my grievances is channelled to. As much as I hate that a government doesn’t do what it should do, create enough job opportunities to keep many off the street, I hate much more that I had to lose a loved one to armed robbers who allowed society to define who they are, and what should be of them. That’s the picture; I hate that they’ve for centuries been treated so, but I hate much more that they’ve allowed it so. What am I talking about? Do I have no idea what happened in the days of our fathers, and thanks to civilization, it would’ve been worse? Hush awhile buddy. I’m a balanced person, I believe in spiritual thing and physical things, I believe demons exist, so am not some cranky scientist who believes that everything has a scientific explanation, even against the obvious. Irrespective of that, I would on a normal day bet in favour of John Cena against an ordinary full time school teacher, or Barcelona against one of those local teams, no offense, you just gotta accept the truth. My point is, it takes you being strong, competent to be able to win, at least have a chance of winning. In that case, it’d therefore take someone stronger to be able to unwrap that belt from off your waist and raise it up as the new champion. Don’t get it twisted, strength is in dimensions, as there is the physical, there is the mental, financial, and all that, so you could see a very lanky man who could just be crushed, like literally under the foot of this 7 foot built chap still having the impetus to yell out orders, he’s got the financial strength baby. You try to talk back, and you’re so gone. A little trip down memory’s lane; we’ve seen men on the mention of whose names kingdoms tremble, people quake, and run into hiding places, and in the end who conquered them, association of world artilleries? If that’s who they are; women! From time immemorial they’ve succeeded in wielding powers none could dare, trodden where great men feared. Heroes like Samson in the Bible or villains like Napoleon (don’t tell the French I just said that). It pains me that some have reduced their artillery to just the physical; a pair of assets in front and behind, it’s tragic, worth grieving for, and thanks to a society who is unconsciously stereotyping our unsuspecting ladies, somehow narrowing their minds to just these paths. But there’s more than meets the eyes, there’s just a very vast reservoir of minerals we’ve left unexplored, and so many are scared what the outcome would be should these resources be explored. They should be. So I wait impatiently, longing for a time when the average lady would know who she is, not just a source of pleasure to some hungry eyes or uncontrollable sexual appetite, or some toy or pet, but with the power that men have not understood, capabilities that have puzzled great minds, and people who have not been successfully defined, because they are what they make of themselves, and the extent to which they can go, young modules have not known.
