There lived two friends. One friend's name was Ted,he was rich. The other friend's name was Jade. Jade was studying real estate and was cutting down expenses and saving money. But on the other hand Ted was partying and spending money. Ted used to tease Jade for all the old stuffs he had. But Jade used always save money and never spent much. So they leave their own paths.While Jade had his own real estate business, Ted had none. One day they happen to run into each other. Ted actually comes to a shop to return his things back.But Jade actually came to the same shop to take the rent. Jade actually owns the shop.
