Or perhaps you have heard the news of the death of a person who was so great that you never believed he or she could die?

But that is life!

We are all like grasses that will wither someday

Oh! how we tend to place much value on the things that don't really matter

Oh! how we chase things that don't last with so much vigour and verve, only to realise at last that it was all but vanity

What is your drive my friend?

What is your drive for what you are doing?

Is it about the grass and flowers of this earth?

Yes, the grass of this earth!

in Isaiah 40:1-5, the bible tells us that all flesh is like grass and flowers

Even with all the glory and beauty of a flower, one-day it will wither and dry

It won't last forever no matter it's beauty, or fame, or even achievements

But there is something that lasts for ever

iIt has been existing before the foundations ythe earth and that is the word of God

The grass withers, the flowers fades, but the word of our God will stand forever
Isaiah 40:8
Why not link your self to this everlasting material so that even after this grass life, you can have the chance of existing beyond this world?

I beg you my dear friend today, please go after the everlasting material and not grass
