That scariest day
There was a girl who goes tuition daily on 6:30 am by covering 10 km distance by bus and 2.5 km by walking and returns on 7:30-8 pm as she had a tuition on 5:30 pm. now you all would think how parents allowed a schoolgoing girl for such timing. they didn't allowed very easily. she fighted for herself.
one day as usual she was waiting for bus from 5:30 am as there is no guarantee if bus will stop or not. so she had to wait much before. she was continuously trying to stop bus as she was afraid to be late and luckily one bus stopped. on that bus only two people were ,one driver and one conductor.
yhh you all would think,offcourse she should not go in this bus as it is not safe. but this is your definition of being safe. but for that girl,saftey doesn't mean to be in a cage,just assuming and waiting for storm to pass,but to take risk,confront all difficulties and storm. so she chose to catch this bus and sit there. actually that girl was strong. daily she had to go through such difficulties on her way from her house to school and tution
so she chose to catch bus and luckily bus dropped her on her destination safely and now she had to cover walking distance of 2.5 km. but on this day,as she got the bus little early than usual days and where she was dropped ,there was all dark as it was winter time and there was not a single person anywhere. and somewhere not even lights were and at that time she was thinking that it's really really scary if anybody would come and she would not be able to defend herself as there was literally noone and nothing except closed shops. but she tried to give comfort herself,and chose to walk. and when she was walking,she was actually so fearful that you all can't imagine. and she was continuously walking and suddenly she heared a voice of vehicle which was coming from her behind .she noticed vehicle's headlight and also heared some people's voices who were on that vehicle(bike).they were shouting on that scary, lonely road. and now she scared even more and suddenly she ran and hide behind a truck nearby.
now she is thinking what if those people had seen her. what she would do as they were three and all drunk and were shouting on road. then somehow she calmed herself down and was praying to god that please god let they not see her and now waiting for them to go. and when they went ahead with continuous shouting,she was like thank god,they didn't see her and she was saved somehow but she chose to be there for little more time as what if they couldn't go so far. then after sometime she again started to walk forward. it was so much scary because there , it's not like you will shout and people would come to help you as there was noone except closed shops. there were some houses but they were all closed like nobody lives there.
then when she was walking,now she was not as much scared as before because now there was little daylight .so after reaching on half way,she saw ,one man is coming. but she was not too afraid as it was half way to cover and he was on other side of road. but she vacillated as he was physically very stronger and if she couldn't be able to defend herself as he was actually physically very very stronger. and there was noone which she could rely upon.
then she was thinking all this and she was observing him continously as these kind of experiences she felt daily so she always have to be careful but this experience was much much scary because there was noone and he was physically very strong. then she observed that he was going ahead but at the same time she heared some words but as those words were not clear to her,so she thought may be she is thinking so much so it is just an illusion. why he would say anything as he is going ahead .she felt relief as nothing would happen. all is ok.
but suddenly he turned to her side of road. she thought all was ok as he went ahead but when she heared continuous voice of someone's footsteps from her behind. she suddenly looked back to check and she saw that the same man is walking so fastly after her. and he is constantly saying something to her.but she was not able to understand his words as his voice was so scary that when we saw terrorists on movie,their voice were much better than him. and when she saw this,she was actually thinking now what. what she'll do as she would not be able to fight such physically stronger man as practically it was not possible and there was noone from whom she can ask for help. but she was continuously walking fastly and trying to understand what he was shouting in such a bad voice,then she came to know what he was saying and when she heared such bad words,her mind actually stopped working. as it was like what happened to her,how someone can say this to her, that was so strange feeling that she can't express to anyone ever.
now she was fixed that now she was in actually grave danger as there were only shops ,all closed. and he is constantly walking fastly behind her and continuously saying those words in such a bad and scary voice. now she decided that only option she had was to run as fast as she can. and then she run fastly,even more fastly and she was looking back in between that how far he is from her and with how much speed he was walking. then she realized that he is not so far from her and his voice was getting much clearer and scary, moment by moment then she got so scared that she was almost like now her life is finish as you all can't imagine how bad,scary and dangerous his overall personality was when he was walking so fast (though she could not see his face properly as his face was covered with beard) and she increased her speed as much as she could and she was running constantly on that lonely road and behind her,he was also running and continuously saying those words. at that moment,only one thing was in that girl's mind to run as fast as she can and to save her life. now she saw ,one women is walking. but she niether let her speed down nor she looked back if he is still running after him.
but after running so far,when she looked back,to check where he is. she saw that he is nowhere,her scary voice was vanished but she was not convinced as she was so so sacred.she again started running to go her friend's house as there was enough time in tution to be started. and when she arrived her friend's house,she was constantly shouting her name to open the door. and when her friend opened door,she asked her why she is shouting so loudly ,what happened,she stopped herself to say anything regarding that incident and told her,nothing, let's go to tuition and her friend was like no ,wait! as there is much time and when they reached tuition,sir was teaching and she was blank. her mind actually was not working. she was continuously thinking that really !this kind of people live in society. how someone can say such bad words ,how someone can do this. and when tution time got over ,what sir taught ,she really had not idea,she was just doing everything without having insight. and yes some people asked but they didn't realize if anything serious reason can be and she didn't tell anything to them.
when she reached house,her mother served food to her,she didn't ate much as she was speechless and so surprised about that incident. and she couldn't be able to eat much and she lied down near her mother.
as she is the girl,who talks so much,who enjoy so much,who is really strong as daily she overcome such challenges like on her way to returning house,when she was waiting for bus,boys are asking,“please come with us,we have car,we'll drop you".other boys are seeing her as she is available and asking her if she would go with him. some are asking her where she want to go,she was not understanding why they are doing with her just because she was a girl. why they can't see a girl on road after 7 pm. why they consider her helpless. and only one thing comes in their mind.
so leaving these incidents which were usual,abovementioned incident she never had when she had no option but to run as fast as she can,when someone told her such bad words she never came across. his footsteps,his scary and bad voice,his words were constantly in her mind . and she was not able to do anything. and when everybody in her house is enjoying ,talking ,laughing. she is just in his own world and thinking about actually what it was,why it was. and she was hiding her state by saying something in other's conversation so that nobody could realize what happened to her. but her mother,she realized and mother asked if something happened to her,why she is not talking ,laughing much.
girl answered no ,nothing happened.
she: something is happened surely,tell me,you are not the same as usual
girl :: nothing happened,seriously
but then she couldn't resist herself and she started crying. and told her mother everything. her mother also started crying but her mother gave comfort to her. and asked her if she would join other tuition.
but that girl refused to her mother by saying that she'll not compromise with anything and she chose not to kneel down before these kind of circumstances,because how long she will try to hide from these cases. now she was even more stronger she continued her journey being a brave girl. when everybody told her not to do this,not to say this as society defined a girl's definition .and every girl have to walk on that path. but she will resist and will confront all these challenges,all her fears and she is getting stronger day by day.
here i want to address that i didn't write this story so that you all would get sympathise about her,but to always encourage girls to face these challenges .offcourse they would be scared,they would feel bad but solution is not to lock yourself in a room ,stop going outside, waiting for all these difficulties to end ,as you all knows very well that we all would be end but these difficulties will never end .so go outside as much as you can,get the best and do whatever you want to do freely with facing these obstacles.
