A Loner's Tale

Have you ever got a feeling of inferiority? Just because you saw others bragging about their talents and how good they are at everything or they criticize you and question your existence just because you don’t speak up. Yes, let’s admit it each one of us have faced a situation in life where we are left all alone, nobody wanted to talk to us. At that moment, you really don’t have an alternative but to sit alone in a corner and feel sorry for yourself.
There are people who are not actually introverts, they want to express themselves, they want to make friends but are scared to do so, because whenever they try to speak up; they are being laughed at, they get interrupted, they are criticized and insulted, which make them uncomfortable and they consider themselves as LOSERS. Just imagine yourself as a victim of bullying, how does it feel? Isn’t it pathetic? It is very easy for us to bully others and ask why don’t you speak or talk much, but it’s really very rare where we respect their opinion. These are very common in teenagers nowadays, especially in high schools and colleges; they get bullied by their classmates and lose their self-esteem. Sometimes it is so serious that they could go through depression and can even try to commit suicide It’s not just motivating people to speak, but at the same time you have to be a good listener and teach them how to overcome the fear of getting judged or else you are just doing a formality.
Look around yourself, you will find a lot of people who are silent and introverts, just go and talk to them once and you will find them much more interesting and creative, it’s just that they are too shy and scared to open up. They want people to approach and comfort them first. Honestly, I have been a victim of this and I think many people could relate to this. I would just conclude saying; stop asking ‘WHY’ and start answering ‘HOW TO’?
