In my journey, I have always wondered what might be the question asked in the interview for #Ceo or #MD positions in renowned companies.
As we all know these days Ceos & Md's salaries are in crores.
The candidate selected for these interviews would have their academics which would be outstanding as they must have come out from the best engineering colleges & B schools. Their track records must be excellent as they must have handled company affairs, sales, profitability & growth very well in the past assignments. Then the question arises, what are questions asked in these interviews.
One Ceo told me that they are asked only 2 questions, no 1 how to handle situations in crisis and how they had come out of bad time & rebounded once again.
I recalled when I was handling a strategic business division in a leading IT company.
I used to generate my financial funds & run my division successfully.
If needed more funds I would borrow from corporate finance and repay with interest back to them.
The ownership of running the P&L strategic division is how we handled this as an independent small company.
We as entrepreneurs persons should learn, think and come up with innovative box solutions for our divisions.
