Befriending change is a battle I've been conquering my whole life when there's a sudden shift in timeline, or alteration in a moment anxiety kicks in at the same time. I used to rush myself from keeping up with everything going around resulting in me being frozen with doubts and worries, now I learned that whenever there is an unwritten phrase suddenly appearing in my reading eyes I will need to slowly go through that event or perhaps I could pause for a while accepting the fact that something unplanned may pop up at the most inconvenient time that I can't always be doing my best, or the sky won't always be as bright as yesterday and you know what that's okay.
