The crazy night
Ben who was very confused taked the girl to his home but the problem is that he can not go from the main door because his parents room is on the ground floor and his and Amelia room's is on first floor, now he was in a trouble. He go to the backside of the house and started to hit stones on window so that Amelia could help her. He shouted in a low voice,"Hey, my dear sister help me please! After some min she opened the door and asked"What are you doing there, Ben? and who is the strange girl with you?". "First can you throw a rope from the window and I will tell you everything",said Ben.
"Okay"said Amelia throwing the rope out of the window.
Ben asked the girl to go first and then he climbed on the rope and they both were in there room. "Now tell me everything" The girl said,"Can you please get me some water and something cold, I am feeling very hot
here, I think I am going to, I am going to... fai...nt(she fainted) "Bring her water and also icecream she will fill better, said Amelia, Go! what are you waiting for?" He go downstairs to the kitchen and take out three icecream cups and one glass of water. someone come from him back and said,"What are you doing here in midnight?". "Oh! no mom,"he thought, "I was just talking icecream for me and sis" said Ben
"Okay but for who is this third icecream" asked her mom."This is for Tommy, mom",he said, "Okay, enjoy your feast",said mom who was feeling sleepy. When she was in her room, "Wait a second, we don't have a pet named Tommy, infact, we don't have any pet at our house exept a fish whose name is Goldy and she died last week"she thought, "Maybe he want to eat two cups, oh! why I am thinking so much? I should just sleep." she slept. On other hand when he went in his room her sister asked "Why are you so late?" He replied,"Mom caught me in the kitchen, that's why and don't worry I have not told mom about the girl." Amelia put some water on her face to wake her up and let her drink some water. When she was awake she said,"I am so sorry that I have come to your house without telling you anything about me." Amelia said"Tell me what happened in details and girl you eat this, by the what is your name?". "Oh sorry! I forgot to tell you my name, my name is Sophia and what are yours,"said the girl. "I am Amelia and he is my twin brother Ben we are 12 and nice to meet you Sophia, you are very sweet and charming. So Ben now tell me what happened after you ran from the ground". Ben told everything from running from the ground to getting home with Sophia. "Okay but who you are, What were you doing in the water? and who were the strange men following you" asked Amelia.
I am a mermaid and they we.., They both cut in between, "Mermaid!!" Amelia started laughing ,"What are you saying girl, you have no idea mermaids are not real they are only in story books or even if they were then they do not exist now." Sophia said,"I am not joking, I am a real mermaid, I can show you that I am telling truth if you don't believe me what I say then you can believe in your eyes but first let's go in the bathtub".They tip-toed to the bathroom and she get in the bathtub. She put her hands on her necklace and close her eyes and in a few seconds her necklace, hairband, bracelets, and her leg started to glow and in a second her skirt and legs tuned into mermaid's tail and Ben and Amelia were like"Are we dreaming is it even real",said Ben. "Two people can not dream same thing at a time, it is real, she is really a mermaid,"said Amelia. "I have told you mermaids were real but you all don't believe me even you and Olivia,"said Ben,"Can we go back in the room before anyone sees us," said Amelia. Sophia again do the same thing and turned into human again. They were heading back to her room when her mother come in front of them, Her mother came out of her room and looked them,"What are you two doing here in the night?"
"Two!" said Ben surprisingly
"Yes two, I think you forgot your Tommy, Ben",said her mom in a funny and angry way, "Now you two go to your room." she closed the door and get inside the room. "Where is Sophia?" asked Ben looking backwards and then she appeared there at the place where she was standing and said,"I am here." They both said,"Whoa!, You can even be invisible." "Yes, not even being invisible, I can also do small magic with myself. okay now let's go before your mother come back"said Sophia. They went back to their room. "We will talk tomorrow about this I am feeling very sleepy, said Amelia(Yawning). Ben said "I feeling sleepy too we have not slept the whole night and it is nearly 3, Sophia we will talk about it tomorrow with our friends. Till now you can sleep on Amelia's Bed. Light was turned out and they slept.
Next morning
They woke up by their's mother voice,"Wake up kids your breakfast is ready, are you coming or I should come". "We are coming mom, screamed Amelia. She woke them both up and said,"Ben we have to go down before mother come and Sophia please stay here till we come back". They ran into the kitchen and took their plates and asked their mom,"Can you please give us some more food". Hmmm! okay as your wish! mother said. They took their plates and hurried back to their room. "I think you are hungry too so let's eat together,"said Ben to Sophia. They all ate the breakfast together, between the eating Sophia asked, "What is this spongy white thing? I have never eaten such things, it's test are so different, I think that's this one is a Sardin. Your mom makes so delicious food!"
"Oh! it is a bread, and you know that mom is the best cook in the world"said Ben. "Yes you are right and now stop talking and eat the food we have to go to Eddin's house so Ben call everyone to meet at Eddin's place till 11 and especially Olivia as she is always late. They ate their breakfast and Ben started to call everyone to meet at Eddin's place. They all agreed except Eddin himself. Edd said,"Why at my place?, we can meet at our usual place means ground". "No, it is very important thing we can not talk anywhere." After a long argument Edd finally said,"Okay, if you are telling so then it might be important." Now everyone was ready to go but there was an other problem how will they sneak out the room. Ben said,"We will just go out as usual and Sophia can be invisible and walk with us, isn't it a good idea." "I think so, said Sophia "but is it important to call your friends, will it be safe, I have trusted you two what if they..". Amelia cut off,"They are good they will never tell anyone about you, don't worry they are trustable as much we are." "Okay if you say so, now let's go". They did as Ben said, they said goodbye to their mother and go to Edd's house. After few minutes Everyone was there.
"Hi, Ben and Amelia and who is this beautiful girl with you?" asked Edd. "Oh hi! she is Sophia and Sophia, they are my friends, Eddin or you can call him Edd, Jacob we call him Jack and this beautiful's name is Olivia" said Ben. "Nice to meet you all" said Sophia. "Nice to meet you too Sophia" they all said, "By the way are you new here I have not ever seen, are you their new neighbour?"asked Jack. "Guys will you stop saying and this is not the right place to talk about her, Can we go to the backside of your garden where there is a pond?"said Ben, "Yeah sure, let's go. They reached there and then they sat down, now Ben and Amelia started to narrate all the story.
After completing the story-
"Do you mean she is a real menmaid? how do we believe you?"asked Jack. "First of all it is not a menmaid, it's a mermaid and we know that you all will not believe us that is why we have called you in the garden near the pond, Sophia can you show them,"said Amelia. She dove inside the pond and then the pond was shining and then she jumped out and her legs had become a tell everyone was like, Whoa!!! "I have not seen anything like that in my life exept in story books,"said Olivia"A real Mermaid!!!". Then she turned back in human again.
"Now do you believe us, we were not lying to you"said Amelia, "Now I could belive anything after seeing this" said Olivia"I have never ever thought that mermaids were not only in story books".Edd asked "if she is a mermaid then what is she doing here and how did she came here?"
Ben said"That is why we have brought her here". Sophia said it's a long story..........
