UNDERSTANDING YOURSELF
Never hide from what you are feeling. People should be allowed to Express themselves effectively without being judge, punished, or hated. You shouldn't have to lie or fake your emotions because you believe others will not understand. Living with regrets, stress, and bottled emotions is not living it's surviving the pain in which you hold within yourself. Be genuine, it doesn't matter what others opinions are of you. People are going to always have an opinion, What matters is that regardless of anyone you know who you are. So, do not survive your life. Live your life. Every living thing on this earth has a purpose which means everyone matters don't give up and keep striving
If you are one of those people who makes a list of things that are not going right in your life, you need to stop adding on to the things your not grateful for and focus on the things you are grateful for. You can complain all day about the world, your family, your friends, and even yourself, but all that does is make you feel less of what you truly are. I love myself and everyday I give advice to people to help them because it feels good to hear someone say"You help me with alot" but in order for me to help someone I have to help myself by understanding who I am as a person. If your sad you produce sadness, but if your happy you produce happiness. Make yourself happy so you can make others happy.
A simple step to avoid fake friends is never try to follow the crowd, Let people come to you and show interest in learning who you are. Don't try to mimic people or portray someone your not to impress people who can't accept you for who you are.
Never get desperate for friends or pretty much most things in life because being desperate shows a sign of weakness and it is okay to not have much as long as you appreciate what's given to you. Remember quality over quantity, it's better to have a small loyal friend group then a big disloyal friend group.
