Chapter 36
Jessica's P.O.V
" I' m leaving you in charge of the business for a week. You' re the only one I trust Layla so please, be in control and don' t let the employees take advantage of you. You have to be autocratic. ", I said handing her all the important files and my office key . She took them for me. " Don' t worry Jess I've got this under control. You go and do your thing. If anything goes wrong I won't hesitate to call you." ,Layla said assuring me. I smiled. " I know you will", I replied.

Jason' s P.O.V
Jase and Jessy were something else. All they wanted to do was play and watch cartoons. They were so smart for their age. I had already packed their suit cases to go to New York. Jessica's house was the bomb. It had a pool and the maid was the nicest person ever. She did well for herself. Throughout the day the kids and I got to know each other better. We were sitting down in the couch. I had my arms wrapped around their shoulders.." Do you have a .....girlfriend dad?", Jessy asked playing with my lips. " Ah....no. Daddy is single", I said looking at Jessy. " Why?. Why do people stay single?. You should always have someone by your side. Like a girlfriend or a boyfriend", Jessy said sitting beside me now. I looked at Jase who was watching the television. I looked back at Jessy who was looking at me. " Jessy honey?. What do you know about girlfriends and boyfriends?", I said poking her side causing her to laugh. " A lot. Mom had a boyfriend. His name was Tim but he cheated on her. When I grow up I don't want to get married to cheaters", she said smiling with that innocent face of hers. I raised an eyebrow at her statement. I never thought Jessica would date after she left me. I never really saw or liked the idea of her being with anyone else but me. I hated when she talked to other guys in high school. We had plans for the future. I thought we would be married by now and be taking care of our kids together but, I thought wrong. She did it without me for 5 years.
