"Okay, everyone," said Jenny, the ringleader of the group, dressed as a vampire queen with plastic fangs and a velvet cape. "Let's stick together tonight. Safety in numbers, remember?"
"Yeah, and more candy too!" exclaimed Timmy, a tiny werewolf, his tail wagging with excitement.
"But who's going to watch out for us?" quipped Billy, his skeleton costume rattling with every move.
