The next day , in the market

We were now ready for the plan. First we took the information of the market.

It was one of the biggest wet market in this country it comprises of approximately 6000 vendors selling different types of meat. As per his wife said he bought Bat meat.

We traced all those shops which sold Bat meat. There were 157 shops in the market.

Senior Scientist left the lab, went to his house which was 15km away from the lab and returns to the lab in approximately 30-45mins. So he must have bought meat from easily accessible shops in the market. So we traced them.

There were 23 of them. We questioned each of the shop owners.

"There was one Bat meat shop where a man with suit came yesterday to buy some bat meat." said a shop owner.
But that shop was closed.

On further questioning another shop owner said " ohh...I know her ..it's an old lady .. yesterday was her last day so the remaining meat distributed to some of us and she gone"

" do you know where she was gone" trainee asked.

"I think she went to another market to start a new shop."

I just shocked, the contact list was going long and long.

Suddenly my phone rang...it was our LAB DIRECTOR.
