Closing this chapter of my life is harder then I thought.
Taking with me only the lessons life's taught.
Friends I made at some of the hardest times yet.
Friends I've lost that have left me with regret.
Memories I made will last a lifetime and more.
I look ahead to what else life has in store.
To those who hurt me, I'm no longer In pain.
To those who prayed on my downfall I'm still sane.
To the ones who lied to me n broke my trust.
Try n remember loyalty is a must.
To those who stabbed me in the back out of envy n spite.
I pray u find Jesus n get ur mind right.
To those who used me to get by.
U can get it on ur own if you'd simply try.
To those who doubted me n wanted me to fall.
Guess what my friend still I stand tall.
To those who kicked me when I was down on my luck.
Your like 4 quarters change for a buck.
To the fake that perpetrated  the real in my life.
I cut u off as quick as u handed me the knife.
If I no longer call u or come around anymore.
Just know it's cuz I've shut that door.
Your memory will remain with me for an eternity n more.
