The smile on my face is real, It bears witness to how I feel.

You walked into my life one day, and I knew you were definitely here to stay.

You made me truly believe out loud, in all my moments of doubt for that I am not proud.

The fire in your eyes when you look me in the eye, lets me realize I am glad to be alive.

My heart pitter-patters on constant repeat, when our hands touch as we meet.

Always finding the right words to say, continually knowing how to make my day.

Making my cup of love always overflow, simply letting me know you love me so.

How did I get so fortunate to call you mine, someone like you so utterly fine.

Days will come and they will go, but you’ll always be the “one” this I know.

We’ll be together until death do us part, and even then you’ll remain in my heart.
