In order to achieve something, to grow big and to be successful you need to surround yourself by people who knows the cost of success. Basically when all the people around you discourage you and tell you that you are nothing, you are worthless and you are a failure, throw them out of your life. In order to float in the ocean of success, you need successful people as they'll help you to grow.
So make a list of those who tell you that you are a failure and burn it.
