Doyin left when she heard her phone ringing in her room.
Titi and Dayo continue their conversation.
"So, He didn't want me to know he is getting married?" Titi asked, "Call him, I want to speak with him."
"Aunty?" Dayo said as he was smiling.
"Dial his number, I want to speak with him." Titi said.
Dayo dialed Kola's number and they talk for a while, "Aunty is with me and she want to speak with you." Dayo gave the phone to her.
"How are you doing? And your parents?... Dayo arrived here today and told me about your wedding... Why didn't you tell me?... Or you told him not to?.... But I know when you did your introduction ceremony...You know you both are my sons... Ever since you both are in secondary school till you finished your University education.... Yes I understand but you should have let me know.....okay....okay... now I understand....Congratulations my dear.... May God bless your union in Jesus name.....and I'm coming tomorrow so be expecting me....No... No...Don't worry, listen I'm not angry... And that is why I'm attending your wedding tomorrow.... I understand you... God bless you dear." Titi gave the phone back to Dayo who speak for sometime with his friend and later end the call.
"Now I'm okay... I must ask him." Titi said.
"What did he tell you?" Dayo asked.
"You want to know what he said?" Titi asked, she then continue "Your Friend is getting married."
"Yes Aunty..." He answered.
" And when will you get married." She asked Dayo.
Dayo laughs "Aunty, you know this is one of the reason I didn't tell you Kola is getting married."
"Why, but you told me when he was to do his Introduction ceremony?" Titi asked.
"Because you take everything so serious... I'm just arriving and this is what you have to say."
"But there is nothing wrong with what I said... I only want my Elder sister's son to get married, is it a crime?" Titi asked.
"I will... Very soon." Dayo said to his Aunty and stands, he want a room to stay, Dayo has been living with Titi since he was in secondary school and when he gained an admission into the university, he lived with his Aunty.
As he was walking into his room, Titi continue the conversation.
"Yes Fisayo called me this afternoon." Titi said.
"How is she doing? What about Ayo and Kemi? It's been a while since I've called them." Dayo said.
"My children are fine ooo... You need to eat, I know you're hungry." Titi said to Dayo.
"Aunty, I'm hungry, but ... I need to put this bag in my room..." Dayo said as he head over to his room.

The next day, Dayo went to Kola's house. The three were talking when Dayo told them about Doyin.
"What? That girl you saw yesterday?" Kola asked.
"I mean it." Dayo said.
Dotun was laughing where he was sitting.
"Haaa... And it's my fault, honestly she won't believe you. I'm sorry." Kola said.
"I was embarrassed and..." Dayo was still speaking when Dotun speak up.
"But, this is not a big deal,.." Dotun said.
"Not a big deal?" Kola asked.
"Yes, You like her, fine, and she caught you lying to your Aunty..." Dotun said.
"When you first met her?" Kola asked.
"Yes, since there is a reasonable reason for doing that. You didn't tell your Aunty that you are in Lagos because you think you won't be able to assist your friend like you should, she will want you to go out with her, talk with you and whatever so you wait till yesterday before you go to her house... So, tell her, I believe if you do she will understand you and you will earn your respect, it's also an opportunity for you to get close to her."
Dayo was quiet for some seconds and then he speak up "You know you have a point...I think she will understand, because she didn't say a word... She just acted like we've never met."
Dotun was laughing" She will be thinking "this one is wicked ooo, he lied the first day I met him." Don't worry be bold ehn? She will understand you... And you like her?... Is she beautiful?" Dotun asked as he teases Dayo.
Dayo don't know the response to give Dotun, both Dayo and Kola understand him, He never take things serious but he is a goal getter. Dayo thanked Dotun for his advice and they continue their discussion.
Kola's traditional wedding began, many people attend the wedding including Titi. The wedding was great and it was successful.
Dayo leaves his friends after the traditional wedding as he went back home with his Aunty, Titi.
The two were busy talking, as they arrived home, they have lot to talk about. Doyin welcome them as she greets the two and asked how the traditional wedding went.
Dayo's mum called Titi and the two start their discussion. Dayo left Titi and went to Doyin who is now sitting outside.
Dayo sit beside her and told her not to see him as a bad person, he told Doyin the truth and now she understand him. They talked for sometime and exchanged phone numbers. Dayo told her he is leaving on Sunday but promised to call her.
The next day, is Kola's wedding and the wedding was successful, And on Sunday, after the wedding, Dayo returns to Port Harcourt.
