Break up gone wrong


My hands gripped the coffee cup nervously as I tried to calm my now skyrocket nerve
The urgency of Noah's voice when he called asking to meet up at "Darcy coffee shop" made me wonder what I had done wrong.
Our relationship is almost a year old and I have always done everything I could for him
I didn't ask for anything
I agreed with everything he says even though a part of me wants to refuse it
I have been the perfect girlfriend if I could say so myself

The bell to the coffee shop dinged welcoming a new customer
My eyes snap towards the direction of the footsteps and I couldn't help but smile as my eyes settled on Noah.
My nerve was calmed just a tiny bit as I saw him smile towards me
Maybe nothing is wrong and he just needed to see me
