People can be inspired to motivate themselves. An environment can be created that is motivating.
I believe that motivation is something that we all want.yet some people can't seem to acquire. To inspire the people to motivate themselves we need tho understand their needs and ideas.

The greatest motivation is Belief. People will do a lot for the money, more for a good leader, but most for a belief.
Here I want to share a small story about belief.
There was a young boy who came regularly to the cricket ground to practice but never made it to A TEAM. While he was practicing, his mother would sit at the rear end of the cricket ground, waiting for him. Last four days, the boy didn't practice. The matches had begun and his team was playing the finals. He showed up for the finals and went to the coach and said. Coach, you have always retained me for future use and never let me play in the matches. But today., please give me a chance to play with the team. The coach said, dear, I'm sorry, I can't give you chance because there are better players than you moreover it is finals; the reputation of the school also disturbs and I cannot take a chance. The boy makes an emotional appeal, coach, I promise I will not let you down. Please permit me to play the match. The coach had never seen the boy asking like this before. He said, ok, go play. But remember one thing, I'm against my choice and the reputation of the school is at risk. don't let me down. The game started. Whenever he entered the pitch he plays likes a ball on fire. He wins the man of the match and his team won.
When the match finished, the coach went up to him and said, dear, how could I have been so wrong in my life... I have never seen you play like this before. What happened... How did you play this way today? The boy shows the place where the boy's mother used to sit. There was an empty bench. He said, dear, your mother used to sit there when you came for practice, but I don't see her here today.
