Usually, I hear people discuss betrayal and heartbreak, I felt bad for them but honestly, I could never relate but now I do, she's knocking at my door, and I'm sure she's the one.
"Come out Maya, please" she's yelling, I can hear crying, beads of sweat formed on my forehead, I decided to face her, I move towards the door, turning the knob slowly, I see her, red eyes, rough hair and yes there's an injury on her arm, she must have inflicted self-harm, there are eyebags under her eyes as well, she's putting on a hoodie and shorts, she's shaking, I feel her heart beating fast.
"Maya please, hear me out" tears are tricking down my cheeks right now, I keep looking at her, I'm losing it mentally.
"Why?, why" I ask softly, she breaks down, not finding the words to say, I see her lips moving yet no words come out.
"Leave and never return, it was fun while it lasted" I push her out and lock the door.
