Aishwarya and I decided to tie up 2022 with a 3 day cleanse/fast/penance. It was impromptu really and we went with our hearts. It has less to do with a specific path and rather to do with us winging it to find ourselves and setting the tone for the new year. We found it so pertinent to do so right now, it's the biggest sacrifice before this chapter ends and the page is turned to a fresh new chapter. It reminds us that we are human, it's okay to restart, to take it back to simplicity and block out the noise of the external world that wants us living day to day as slaves to habits, money and a lack mindset.
