Waiting for God to send you a wife or a husband is delay gratification to your marital settlement.
As a Man; It is a sole responsibility to search your own damsel. Everyone have it's own. Waiting for God to send you a wife, will keep you in a single circulation.
Many have been praying "Oh God give me a wife", but God is waiting for them to get wife for themselves. It man's responsibility to look for a soulmate, and when he finds one, he present it to God. "Oh Lord, here is the one I have found, what do you think about?"
In God's response, he first ask you "What do you think about her too?" Now, if the man really likes the lady, God can approve it. But sometimes, God's response is "No, this is not your wife", Then you look for again.
As a Woman: A similar method applies. When a man is approaching you, this is what you should do. "Oh God, is he the one for me?" Then wait for God for an answer. Sometimes, he will allow you to enter into a relationship with the Man first. Doing this, God wants you to check and see if the Man is what you want. If it pleases you or God, he can give you go ahead. But sometimes, it is no no, this man is not yours.
Note: waiting for God to send you a wife or husband is a primitive form, where parents have to marry for their children. God will not just send you a spouse, he wants you to be up doing yourself.
