Imagination Rocks! Part 1: Sarah leaves home!
Once upon a time, in the year 2013 a famous band called, 'Imagination' was bought together by a girl named, 'Sarah Kinnean' who was one of the youngest multi-millionaire in Megatopia, New York. She had become a famous star in just 2 years of her journey of being a part of the Imagination band alongside her band members Jane, Roxanne, Clara and Stellar who were also millionaires. She was just 19, when she became a millionaire through a large buisness deal proposed by a large fund raiser dedicated to cure world hunger. She also became a part of large television shows, which proposed advertisment deals to her. She and her band members also collaborated with large stars to gain fame. This fabulous journey of Sarah was an inspiring story in 2013.
Sarah was just an average girl living in the common streets of New York, her father was an employee in an office and her mother worked as a counsellor in a school. Sarah was also sent to a good school to study as she grew up in a well educated family. Even if the family lived lavishly and comfortably, Sarah's parent were very strict, they wanted the best out of Sarah and wanted her to perform the best in her academics so she could be a manager in a high-class New York office, but Sarah was never interested in learning economics or accounting and infact she hated maths, but she always had interest in music. She would secretly download her favourite songs in her secret music library and listen to them when she would feel down. Sarah wanted to be a singer, so she practiced quietly in her room at night. There was also a time where Sarah wanted to learn playing the piano, but her parents refused as they thought it would be a distraction for her from her studies. So, all throughout her lifetime she struggled to learn the piano. When she was in middle school, she found out that a train station located a few miles away from her home had a piano installed in there, so she would make an excuse of going to study with her friends and get her cycle and cycle to the train station to learn piano everyday. She had also downloaded music sheets and YouTube tutorials of piano pieces in her phone as her parents would not buy her music sheets, to learn the piano. The struggle was real, as she had to study and had to go play the piano. Sarah also got bullied in school, as she was considered a nerd in her class, the girls would make fun of her as she was bad in sports and not like them. Sarah got bullied all throughout her lifetime, and there were nights were she would cry quietly under her blankets. Even after so much struggles, she never considered to consult her parents as she thought her parents would go to her school and make a scene over there, which would lead to intensifying bullying. Despite the fact, that she got bullied, she still tried making it to the train station to play the piano. Music was the only thing which supported her at her difficult times, listening to music made her feel happy and relieved, it was becoming like a drug in her life which she needed to get relieved from her daily bullying and that's why she made music the number one priority in her life. By the time she got into high school, her parents got even stricter and the bullying got even worse. It got to a point where Sarah couldn't take it anymore and would burst out crying in the night, but luckily her parent never heard it as their as well as Sarah's room's door's were locked at night. As this bullying progressed, Sarah got more and more depressed. She always wanted to be alone listening to music, sometimes she would sit down in the large, vacant train station and listen to music for hours, until her parents called her and shouted at her over the phone. Sarah was too depressed to care, but she obeyed her parents. She was getting more and more depressed until one day, probably the worse day of her life...her parents found her phone, and saw all the music libraries and YouTube tutorials of the piano pieces. It was a late evening, when her parents called her to their room and showed the phone to her and shouted at her saying, 'What is this? Is this the reason for your bad marks? How will you become the manager in the high-class New York office? How will you earn? How will you make us proud? I want you to delete all these stupid music libraries and YouTube tutorials from your phone right now!' Which quickly made her alerted, 'This is ridiculous!' she thought, 'First they want me to do what I don't want, then they be strict and restrict all the fun activities I want to do, and now they want to take away Music from me! I won't let that happen! Even if it means to fight against them...Music was the only thing which kept me from going completely insane from all this bullying! It is the only thing which makes me happy! And now they want me to leave it!' and then she screamed onto her parents face, 'What! No! I won't! I am not interested in being a manager in a high-class New York office! I want to learn music! What's the harm?' When Sarah's father shouted on the top of his voice, 'You can't make it! Out of the 100% only 1% makes it to the music industry! If you want to earn then it's better to take employment in an office and as my daughter you will do as I say!', When Sarah shouted back, 'No! I won't!' which made her parents surprised as she never spoke back to them, then Sarah's mother shouted, 'Then why are you even here? If you are our daughter and you are not ready to listen to us, then why should we pay your high school fees and spend money on you! Get out of here! And never show your face again!'. This sentence made Sarah scared and shocked, but not enough to convince that she should delete all her music libraries and Youtube tutorials of piano pieces, it din't make her convinced enough to throw music out of her life like it meant nothing to her at all, so she was ready to leave the house. She got a large bag and stuffed her phone, laptop, her school uniform, her headphone and her clothes in it and left the house as she was done packing. She got her cycle and left without even looking back at her house , she was done with all of this, she was going somewhere she could stay.....
