contained inside of me is alot of pressure that needs released tension that needs let go so I can breathe so I can dicern my own desires so I can spread my nourishment which is In a very distinct way yet I've buried my individuality not purposely......I've allowed all my anxieties leave a everlasting residue which is now hard to remove I need to focus to align back wit my true self I need release .......
