🌟 Freedom in determining guardianship ✒
Each person is independent in determining guardianship.
Anyone can choose to appoint any person as their guardian.
🌟 Guardian from a religious point of view ✒
From a religious point of view, the creator is the supreme guardian. The Creator Himself is the guardian of all creation, starting from man to all creatures.
🌟 Guardian of the citizen ✒
But when it comes to direct citizens, the state will be the main guardian.
No one's guardianship survives against the law and the state.
Again, since the Creator Himself did not come into the world and speak of the guardianship of anyone, so the law and the state will be the main guardian of the citizen when it comes to becoming a citizen.

পছন্দমত যে কেউ নিজের অভিভাবক হিসেবে যে কোন ব্যক্তিকে অভিভাবক নির্ধারণ করতে পারেন।

ধর্মীয় দৃষ্টিতে স্রষ্টা হলেন সর্বপ্রধান অভিভাবক। মানুষ থেকে শুরু করে সকল সৃষ্টির অভিভাবক হলেন স্রষ্টা নিজে।

কিন্তু যখন সরাসরি নাগরিকের বিষয় আসে, তখন রাষ্ট্রই হবে প্রধান অভিভাবক।
আইন ও রাষ্ট্রের বিপরীতে কোন ব্যক্তির অভিভাবকত্ব টিকে না।
আবার যেহেতু জগতে স্রষ্টা নিজে এসে কারোর অভিভাবকত্বের কথা বলেন না, তাই নাগরিক হওয়ার বিষয়ে আইন ও রাষ্ট্রই হবে নাগরিকের প্রধান অভিভাবক।
