I one of the ordinary writters like you is writing a letter to all of you in oder to express the pain of several women and thier families who are been subjected to the heartwrenching incidents of rape and sexual abuse .We know the problem of sexual abuse by many demons of several generations is not an issue related to a particular community , province or country it is an issue of the world it sees no borders neither it have any limits ... So now let me introduce you to one of the most Brutal rape case of Kolkata , Iam very sure many of must be knowing about it but the one,s who are not aware of this guys be alert in this generation of evils we have to be up on everything happening in the world, today it has happened with one innocent the next day it can happen with you ,me and anyone else. The girl was a lady doctor from Kolkata ( India ) as far as I know their was a sex racket operating in her medical college and she was against it ( she was a second year medical resident) romantizing about her life and thinking of making her parents proud by practically applying what she studied but before she could excute her dreams she was raped and killed with no mercy which is very clear in her autopsy reports . What was her fault just that she was saving life or she was against the wrong . Really are we so selfish that anyone who tries to save humanity will be treated so harshly specially any women who tries to break the chains of patriarchy and tries to take stand against the wrong is often brutally robbed off her dignity and self respect. My firm question" WHERE ARE WE WOMEN SAFE ? . Not even in our work place.
It's high time we women are not safe anywhere in this world not even in our second homes also. I fear that this time it was our second home hope it does not gets converted to our first homes... Its high time now we can't just hope everything to get right by its own , now we have to stand against the wrong in order to establish right .... Lastly she was the sister of all of us it's our responsibility that she gets justice and before anything she was a" human "... being a human it's our prime responsibility to make humanity proud which is deeply humiliated after this brutality..
Justice to this case will act as foundation for a better and a safer world for every one ..
Infact this lust of some evils is not even sparing female animals..
we all know the power of literature we all know that literature is a beautiful yet power tool which has provided justice to many ...
now dear writters its time that we have to pick up our pens and invest our litrical powers for ensuring justice
