ACCEPTANCE AND RELAXATION
A lot of people have a hard time accepting others. People may only accept you if your nice, but is that really true acceptance. When someone stands by you at the highest point in your life and leaves you at your lowest that's not acceptance. True acceptance is when someone accepts you at your weakest and strongest points. True acceptance accepts good habits and bad habits. So, if you have someone who truly accepts you hold on to them, but if you don't accept who you are and become relax and comfortable with yourself.

If you ever feel overwhelmed or like you rarely get a break from anyone you should try arranging some time to yourself so your mind can rest and you can feel more at peace with yourself. Never overextend yourself cause it can be very stressful to deal with mentally.
