The old woman was near death. I could hear her try to draw in painful gasps of breath. I felt helpless as a doctor in this remote part of the world. Was there nothing I could do?
I am really screaming a lot here. very much upset. suddenly I remember what my teacher teach us in the school. I remembered once in a time my teacher call me as a bio genius. And he was a great teacher with all motivated thoughts.

I remember very hardly one motivated quote of him that is "Something is better than nothing ". wow such a remarkable quotes it is. Walking through the hall room suddenly from a table a bio science book fall down. I took it up thinking that it is may be a God's sysymbol. I yelld Miracle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!ohhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.....I got this..................


I followed all the instruction mentioned in that. what I found that she is suffering from pneumonia. I do the everything require to save her life. And fortunately she is alright.
