The time had come to start my journey. I leaned out of the window, waving as long as I could while she disappeared into the distance. As watching her waving at me brings tears into my eyes, this is the first time I am leaving my mother for my studies. It was hard for both of us but she said "honey its about your future don't worry about me I'll be fine"
I know she is just pretending to be fine but she is not, she will be alone without me. My dad had left her, he died 4 years ago. From then I was her only family and she is mine.Now I am also leaving her. when my acceptance letter came from UNY she was excited more than me. I was sad for leaving her. She needed me but I am leaving her but it makes her happy to see me going into a very good university.
