FORBIDDEN LOVE (CHAPTER 1)

"Hmm"Kate snuggled closer to her pillow as her brother pulled the duvet off her body. "Aargh!" she screamed in annoyance. "What the hell is this, this early morning for God's sake,D?"she complained in anger.
Kate calls her big brother D as a short word for Daniel. "What? It's already time for school. Don't you know? And I am supposed to drop you off"Daniel said to his sister. "But I still want to sleep"she replied. "At what time? You are already late for school". He said. "Ah!Fine. I'm coming " Kate said. "You better be. I won't wait for you. I'm already late for work " Daniel told his sister as he exited her room.
Kate entered the bathroom to quickly take her bath. When she was done, she took her clothes from her closet. She was wearing a black top with a navy blue jeans. She combed her long black hair and styled it into a bun which afterwards, she applied powder and put lipgloss on her lips. After checking herself in the mirror, she took her bag and phone and left the room to go downstairs where she met her parents and her brother having breakfast.
"I thought you said you were not going to wait for me"she mocked her brother. "Well ,I changed my mind"he replied. "Of course, you did. Good morning mum. Good morning dad"Kate greeted her parents. "Morning, baby "her mum responded."Morning, how was your night? her dad asked."Fine"she replied her dad as she dug into her food, bread and omelettes.
Kate was just a replica of her mother, Mrs Faith Jim with long black hair and emerald green eyes while Daniel took after his father, Mr Felix Jim. The family of four talked about random things as they ate.
After eating, Daniel told his sister to meet him outside so that he will take her to school. When Kate finished eating,she bid her parents goodbye and went to join her brother in his car.
