Habits
There are two kinds of habits
1.Good habits
2.Bad habits
Good habits yield good results and bad habits yield bad results.
like smoking is a bad habit and reading books is a good habit. Here, I must say that there could be many bad habits eg. backbiting, abusing, anger, cutting nails with mouth, eating roadside food, watching television or movie more often, drinking, marijuana and many mores it could depend upon person to person. likewise walking early morning, doing exercise, reading books, are all together constitute good habits.
Generally it took around 26 days to put a habit or to replace it with something else. Replacement is easy than to Abandonment. But both could be done.
So how to change a bad habit, that are causing problem.
Replace it with something else, like smoking could be replaced by chewing nicotine . Or distract your vision, like if one is wandering in market and finds something tasty, he could distract his mind from that substance.

A new habit could be developed likewise that could fetch you growth in personal and professional life . But how?
Award yourself, for the work that is good but you don't like to do .Do it for 26 days, And then it becomes habits .
Yoga meditation will definitely help you in achieving your targets.
